Insuralens provides risk analysis tools that process insurance-related documents to identify coverage gaps, risk factors, and compliance issues. The Service is designed for use by professionals in fields tangential to insurance.
You may be required to register for an account to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Intellirisk, Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your uploaded documents remain your property; however, you grant us a limited license to process them solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
Documents uploaded for analysis are processed locally on your device. Intellirisk does not retain copies of your uploaded documents after analysis is complete, except as may be temporarily cached for performance purposes and deleted within 24 hours.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Intellirisk makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all warranties, including without limitation implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall Intellirisk be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Intellirisk and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Orange County in Florida.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
